Mark Lilley

Mark came to work for Nugent Builders in 1994. Starting out as a carpenter he spent five years gaining firsthand knowledge of rough carpentry. He then accepted a position as a trim carpenter. Shortly after becoming a trim carpenter he became a jobsite foreman. He then managed trim operations for both residential and commercial projects for 11 years before transitioning into the office as a project manager.  With over 28 years of framing, finish carpentry & project manager experience Mark has gained the invaluable knowledge necessary for managing projects of all sizes, his most recent transition at Nugent Builders has been into the role of Vice President – 2022.   Mark has four children and enjoys hunting, fishing and playing poker.

• Creates estimates and proposals
• Coordinates all subcontractor and employee scheduling
