Roberto Bailon

Roberto began his career at Nugent Builders in 2004.  Starting out as a carpenter, he spent five years working in the field, learning everything he could about the world of construction.  His strong work ethic, excellent craftsmanship skills and dedication to his team, was noticed right away on any jobsite he was a part of.

It didn’t take too long & Roberto was promoted to the Commercial Foreman position taking on his leadership role of both jobsites & crew with expertise and dedication which lasted 16 years.  Roberto has now transitioned into his latest position as Commercial Project Manager, where he will utilize his wealth of knowledge and decades of first-hand experience while managing a variety of Commercial Construction Projects.

Roberto is well known as one of the most respected construction carpenters amongst his team and industry.  He has enjoyed studying architecture, has many hobbies, enjoys spending time with this two sons & visiting his family in Mexico.
