As the planning phase is completed and construction begins, we work as the owner’s agent to manage building costs, project schedule, and construction activities. Our role as Construction Manager is to help owners get the best value for their investment.

General Contracting
Nugent Builders, Inc. provides General Contracting services to owners who have completed the design process and ready to build. Nugent will perform as the prime contractor, lead construction activities, as well as control the schedule and costs of the entire scope of the project. Nugent will oversee all work and be responsible for payment to the subcontractors and suppliers. Our role as General Contractor is to provide the highest quality construction services in an efficient manner.

Design Build
Nugent Builders, Inc. provides design build services by teaming with the owner to develop budget and facility requirements. Using this information Nugent will partner with an architect that specializes in designing buildings that meet the owner’s needs. This role places many of the day-to-day decision making responsibilities on Nugent Builders rather than the owner. During the design process Nugent will provide budget analysis and value engineering alternatives. The idea is that the owner entrusts Nugent to provide the highest quality building materials and craftsmanship while conforming to the budgetary and facility needs of the client.
