Nugent Builders was approached to build this Design-Build project in the Fall of 2015. With the help of Robert Andrus at Andrus Architecture, Nugent Builders built this beautiful 4000 square foot retail and office space. The project is located on the corner of Cascade RD and Orlando ST in Grand Rapids Township. Features of this building include: LVT Flooring, Stained Wood Doors, Fire Suppression, Back Up Generator, beautiful light fixtures throughout and Lutron Lighting Controls and Architectural Metal Panels.
