Nugent Builders was hired as general contractor to renovate the exterior of this building. The focus for this project was to perform construction work while allowing for continued business operations for the insurance company and tenants of the building. Careful planning took place well ahead of the actual construction work. Orders were placed for long lead materials and a plan was made for staging equipment at the site to minimize the exposure of construction to the customers and occupants of the building. The project was completed in approximately two months.
