Cutler House Condominiums located in Grand Haven.

The original Cutler House was constructed in 1871 on the southwest corner of Washington and Third Streets. A disastrous fire in 1889 destroyed about 50 businesses in a five-block area this included the Cutler House Hotel. A second Cutler House was rebuilt, smaller, opening in 1891. Today Nugent Builders, Inc. along with Cutler House Developers, LLC have transformed this historic structure into nine luxurious condominioums with spacious floor plans. Many of the original features such as wood floors and exposed brick walls coexist with the new windows, entrance, elevator, and mechanical systems.
